If you have followed this blog-project for a while you might think me as one experienced, solid and well-traveled guy who has probably scores of travel stories in mind (all worth writing about, of course).

Introduction

In the early nineties we had a family from Romania as neighbors, very nice people of German descent who had recently emigrated to Southern Germany to settle in the periphery of Munich where I was growing up.
