Description

Hiking and climbing tour from the Zbojnícka chata (1960 meters AMSL) to Sedlo prielom (Polish: Rohatka, 2290 meters AMSL).

Proceeding to Poľský hrebeň (“Polish ridge”, 2200 meters AMSL) and from there descent to Sliezsky dom, with the finishing point Starý Smokovec.

Sedlo prielom is a mountain saddle in the Slovak part of the High Tatras (Vysoké Tatry) mountain range.

Ascent to Vysoká (High Tatras)

Description

Hiking and climbing tour from Štrbské Pleso (1355 meters AMSL) to Vysoká (2547 meters AMSL) via Chata pod Rysmi (2250 meters AMSL).

Vysoká (Polish: Wysoka), sometimes referred to as the “Matterhorn of the Tatras” or the “Slovak Matterhorn” (I suppose in terms of aesthetics this title is more appropriate for Kriváň), is a conspiciuous peak in the Slovak part of the High Tatras (Vysoké Tatry) mountain range.
